Cider & Cheese Tasting
We’re excited to introduce a new event this season—Cider & Cheese Tasting at the Springs!
Join us for a relaxed and delicious evening featuring local flavours, great company, and a chance to discover some of the best artisanal products from right here in our region.

Location: Phase 3 Great Hall
Enjoy a guided cider tasting with Homestead Cidery, where owner Brett will be joining us to share his handcrafted, small-batch ciders made from locally grown apples. Known for their traditional methods and unique flavour profiles, Homestead Cidery offers a true taste of the Fraser Valley.
We’ll pair this with a curated selection of cheeses from Creekside Creamery, a family-run creamery specializing in small-batch, handcrafted cheeses made with high-quality local milk. Their cheeses are known for their rich flavour, smooth textures, and thoughtful craftsmanship.
